We spent most of the fourth quarter finishing some of the larger projects we had on our plate last year. We published four website launches for customers in those three months, made significant progress on six more that we will be publishing soon, and finished construction of our Sales Resource Center for our sales partners. We redesigned the original E-commerce website to reflect the redesign of ADogsBestFriend.com and made it a responsive website. Additionally, we integrated the website with PayPal, Authorize.net, and QuickBooks, so orders are directly delivered to the appropriate vendors.
After launching our first version
of Building Bright Futures
as a Joomla website in 2012, our customers decided they wanted a more robust content management system. In the redesign for 2013, we transferred the website from Joomla to WordPress and added several new features. We expanded the current events calendar system, integrated email marketing software, social media API’s, integrated Google Apps and a custom Google site, and Google Translate.
Apogee Sales Center
During the course of 2013, we had many individuals and businesses approach us regarding our referral and sales policies. In order to meet that demand, we constructed an extensive website containing sales forms, frequently asked questions, pricing charts, inventories, documentation, resources, and displays of our work.
